NC Gunbunnies Top Ten #6

Posted By on June 21, 2011

Now, this is rather embarrassing.  This top 10 was ready to go in mid-April.  Wow, only two months, and already its showing its age…

Starting where the last Top Ten left off, here is Part 2 of EclecticGamer’s tutorial for painting Retribution Battle Mages

dcmechanix at Table Top Gamers posts a cool homebrew scenario; or it could be used as an additional layer of rules on top of another scenario – beware of the earthquakes, poisonous gas explosions, and magma gouts!

Great battle reports from a big 2-day event in Sweden featuring players from Sweden, Finland, Germany, and Austria. Hardcore painting requirement makes for some epic-looking forces.

docbungle at Miniature Musings of a Bear gives some good info and storyline behind the six new Warcasters coming with the Wrath release.

All Voices Anonymous at BoLS gives a good discussion of the Dragons of Immoren.

a Two-Fer from docbungle at Miniature Musings of a Bear – here he gives a short and sweet run-down of how the Legion warlock Absylonia plays.

eJosh at Dice+1 gives a good analysis of Warcasters’ “defenses” by combining DEF + ARM (and then including a separate stat that includes a full focus ARM buff).  VERY interesting, particularly the conclusions he draws at the end.

OrsusSmash at Hand Cannon Online discusses list building, and offers several questions and tips to consider when figuring out a list.

gdaybloke at Lost Hemisphere opens a bone fide Khador Gun Carriage kit, gives an assembly tutorial, and paints it; A TWO-FER – Paul Nguyen then gives some tips on using it.

Stephen at Hand Canon Online gives a good rundown about running tournaments; if you’ve only ever played in one, take a look at what goes on behind the scenes to make your experience so enjoyable (bad dice & loosing not being the TO’s fault…).

We’ve done the Arcantrik Force Generator and Wraith Engine since we did the Gun Carriage too ;)

    Thanks for the linkage!
